Welcome to "PlanMyTravel". By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

The words "we", "agency" below apply to "Plan My Travel", "AussieIndoBusiness", any owners of the above, and any of the associates of the business.
1. Scope of Services
PlanMyTravel specializes in providing travel packages, itineraries, accommodation bookings, and destination management.
​2. Booking Policy
2.1 All bookings made through our agency are subject to availability.

2.2 To confirm a booking over 10 weeks before departure
, a 20% deposit on all land arrangements and full payment on International flights. The full balance payment will be due at least 10 weeks before departure. Many ex-Australia flight tickets require full payment immediately or soon after you make a booking.
2.3 A confirmation email or document will be sent once your booking is successfully processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify all details upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
2.4 Full payment deadlines are set to protect your booking as airlines and operators are within their rights to raise prices and in some instances cancel bookings. If the balance due date is not met, your travel arrangements may be cancelled and you may forfeit your deposit. It is therefore to your advantage to finalise payment as soon as possible. (please note: these payment terms are liable to change – your consultant will advise you at the time of booking).
​3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
3.2 All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy below.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 We do not process refunds for services not availed due to transportation issues (e.g., missed flights).
4.2 Cancellations must be made in writing via email to AussieIndoBusiness@gmail.com
4.3 Any holiday arriving within 60 days will be 100% non refundable.
4.4 Any holiday arriving between 75-60 days will be 70 % non refundable.
4.5 Any holiday arriving between 120-75 days will be 50% non refundable.
4.6 Any holiday arriving outside 121 days will incur a loss of deposit and any costs incurred by PlanMyTravel such as flights, seat reservations, wildlife permits.
4.7 Refunds are subject to the policies of the service providers (hotels, excursions, etc.).
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients are responsible for arranging their own transportation, including but not limited to flights, trains, and buses.

5.2 Clients must ensure they have the necessary travel documents (passports, visas, permits, etc.) required for their trip.
PlanMyTravel does NOT provide any visa services.
5.3 Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
6. Liability
6.1 PlanMyTravel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party vendors.
6.2 We shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from transportation issues, missed connections, or force majeure events.
6.3 While we strive to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our offerings, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for the following:
6.3.1 Medical Situations- The agency is not liable for any medical emergencies, health issues, accidents, or injuries or death that may occur during the trip. Clients are strongly advised to consult their healthcare providers prior to travel and arrange for comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage.
6.3.2 Transportation Issues- The agency does not arrange or handle ticketing for transportation. Any delays, cancellations, missed connections, or disputes related to flights, trains, buses, or other transport modes are solely the responsibility of the respective providers or clients.
6.3.3 Unforeseen Circumstances- The agency shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. Clients are encouraged to stay updated on travel advisories and plan accordingly.
6.3.4. Force Majeure- The agency is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as acts of God, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances that might affect travel plans. These events may lead to cancellations, delays, or changes in services by third-party providers.
6.3.5 Service Failures by Third Parties- PlanMyTravel or its associates are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from the failure or inadequacy of services provided by hotels, tour operators, or other vendors.
6.3.6 Personal Belongings- PlanMyTravel or its associates shall not be held accountable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Clients are advised to take precautions and consider travel insurance for such scenarios.
6.3.7 Compliance with Local Laws- Clients are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations at their destination. The agency is not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australia; Victoria
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
​PlanMyTravel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email/website notifications.
